Yes, 2020 has been a very challenging year leaving many couples and their families completely devastated. Dreams have been smashed, families have been torn apart, plans for the future were either put on hold or cancelled completely. Life is quite simply NOT the same. The list goes on and on. But why dwell on the negative when there is so much positive all around us?
Designer Weddings Inc is a “positive” company filled with people who love to look on the “bright side”, and yes, there is a bright side. Your wedding can be intimate and deeply meaningful, celebrated with those that are closest to you right now! You DO NOT need to wait until next year or the year after to have your dreams come true.
Covid has given us the chance to re-evaluate what is important and what really matters, to define our “new normal”. Weddings of past years focused on just that, love, family, meaning and good memories. There wasn’t a lot of “pomp and ceremony” or trying to be bigger and better than your friends. It was all about you as a couple, starting your new life together and deciding what your core values would be.
If we go back to the basics we may find more of ourselves.
